Andy Craddock

I have worked in multiple market sectors and in multiple countries through my 25+ years of working life.  I have worked in market sectors such as Automotive, Aerospace, Renewables, Catering  and most recently Finance & Pensions.  I have worked as a Sales Rep, an Engineer, an Operations Manager, a Project Manager, a Program Manager, a Chef, (yes, a Chef amongst all of these roles), a Client Relationship Manager, a Director and a Managing Director.  My career has taken me to work (and live) in the USA, Sweden, Spain, Germany, France and Turkey amongst others.

Given my diverse background I have insights into many different industries, job functions and cultures and the issues associated with these.

I was (until recently) the Managing Director of 3 businesses, one of which had been running for 20+ years, one that was in it's infancy and a new start-up (this one).  I have worked with a range of business sizes from corporations and multi-nationals to micro businesses and SME's.

I am trained in Global 8D (G8D), Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), Design Verification Planning (DVP) and Internal and External auditing (previously TS16949 - the automotive equivalent of ISO-9001), more recently ISO-42001, ISO-27001, ISO-9001, ISO-27002 & ISO-19011 (certificates for the latter are shown below).​

I am currently training towards Prince2 Project Management certification.
