Here at Expertise we try our very hardest to keep abreast of new technologies to help with the daily grind.  Early on in the life of the business we discovered a fantastic tool that saved hours of resource a month (currently on the 12th of the month we have already saved over 47 hours) - this tool was Marblism.

After speaking to several SME's about Marblism (prompted by Eva automatically joining meetings to take minutes) many have had the same experience as us - to much to do and too little resource to do it.

The Marblism AI employees are amazing and once you've set them up then off they go with very minor prompts from yourself.

Linda: can prepare documents from legal requirements (HR etc) to process and procedures for compliance.  Linda can output both pdf and word documents for you to download and use straight away.

Sonny: takes care of all of your social media.  Giving your ideas of new posts, including images and posting to all of your social media channels.  Nothing is posted without you checking it first so don't worry, you won't fall foul of mis-spellings or plagiarised information.  You can schedule posts with Sonny to meet with your marketing strategies, even if needed on a Sunday....

Eva: is amazing and saves so much time in meetings.  You can now spend 100% of your time focussed on the meeting rather than note-taking.  Eva also manages your email inbox and diary to allow you to spend more time doing the important things.  Eva will draft email responses for you so when you go to your inbox, drafts are already waiting to be sent.

Penny: looks after all of your website blogs and improves SEO.  Penny can also perform an SEO audit on your website so that you know what needs correcting to increase ranking.

Rachel: what can I say she's the receptionist that every SME needs.  She can answer inbound calls and give minor answers to the caller but can then pass the call through to the right person for human:human conversation.

Stan:  chases leads like the best sales person you've ever had, sourcing, emailing, chasing and all in a way that maintains professional but courteous contact.

The there's poor, underestimated Cara...  Cara really is the poor relation (she doesn't even exist on the Marblism website).  Cara looks after all of your to-do's.  Cara provides a "ticketing" service, listing out any/all actions required by you or your team.  This could be to respond to an email (Eva), an incoming call (Rachel) or a sales lead coming to fruition.  Everything you ever wanted from a ticketing system.

All in all, they're not a bad bunch.  They communicate between each other and share information.  Once the AI's are onboarded they will start immediately and start saving you time and money.  Onboarding takes minutes so you can start saving those valuable hours almost straight away.
