My name is Andy Craddock and I'll be your Business and/or ISO consultant.
I have been a Project Manager, Programme Manager and Managing Director culminating in over 25 years’ international leadership experience. I have industry experience across automotive, aerospace, renewable energy, finance and regulated technical services.
I have a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-million-pound engineering and manufacturing programmes, launching new production facilities, leading global multi-disciplinary teams and driving profitable growth at board and C-suite level.
I am highly experienced in full P&L ownership, business transformation, NPI and plant launch, supply chain and customer delivery for Tier-1 suppliers and OEMs including JLR, Ford and Nissan. I combine a deep technical credibility with strong commercial leadership, client relationship management and operational excellence enabling me to deliver sustainable performance in complex, high-pressure environments.
I have extensive international experience across the UK, USA and Europe, with a reputation for successfully leading cross-cultural organisations, aligning diverse stakeholders and building high-performance teams. I am recognised for calm, resilient leadership, sound judgement and the ability to manage risk and complexity while maintaining strong delivery focus.
More recently, I have trained as an ISO 9001, 27001 and 42001 Lead Auditor with advanced expertise in governance, risk and compliance , IT and cloud transformation and remote workforce leadership. I am a value-led leader who delivers results through trust, accountability and high-performance team culture.
My Story
Having worked all over the world for more years than I wish to recount, in 2020 (just as COVID-19 was taking hold of the world) I had a heart attack. This wasn't a minor thing and resulted in me being rushed into surgery and having a stent fitted. This sort of experience makes you re-evaluate what is important to you.

So, having survived a heart attack what do you think to yourself? "What caused it?", "What are my priorities?", "What next?". The answers are simple;

What caused it? - Stress & hotel living (smoking and drinking didn't help but that's another story).
What are my priorities? - Family, Family, Family.
What next? - At the time, I didn't know. All I knew was that I couldn't continue down the same path or next time I may not survive.

So, really "What next?"...

I didn't know, I have always been a creator and a mentor in everything I've done, whether this was training 160 sales people in the B2C ethical selling of solar panels or engineering and holding several automotive patents, some of which are still in production today.

So again, "What next?"...

In doing this, I'll be creating again, I'll be helping others and ensuring that businesses continue with security and longevity. So, that's what I'm doing.
